LOVE this chair! Well made, sturdy, arrived well packaged, and easy to assemble. For those who do not already sit cross-legged, I would suggest allowing a period of time for your body to adjust to sitting easily in the posture. It is well worth the effort as a seated cross-legged position naturally allows the body to maintain a healthy posture. For me, I had already taken the time to learn to sit cross-legged before purchasing the chair and found that I did not need to raise the upper seat at all in order to achieve a comfortable seat. The main surface (where the crossed legs rest) is large and comfortable. I had to raise my desk about 3 inches in order to allow for my knees to go underneath the desk and my hands/arms to fall in a comfortable position to type. Again, well worth the adjustment. When I do sit for long periods of time, I experience fatigue in my back and core, but that is to be expected as those areas strengthen after sitting in a chair where I did not have to engage those muscles. A pleasant surprise - the upper seat arrived with a cover which was not mentioned in the description. Highly recommend!. Sharon. Ephrata, PA. Tue Sep 26 2023

An ergonomic kneeling chair can be helpful for people who are suffering from bad back pain caused by incorrect sitting posture. An angled seat lets your upper body slide forward, which can shift a certain number of weight to your knees instead of all on the pelvis. This posture corrective stool helps with better digestion and blood circulation. Three level of adjustment is provided for adapting to individuals’ sitting habit. Premium faux leather and high-density foam make this ergonomic kneeling chair water-resistant, deformation-resistant, and long-wearing. A sturdy metal frame equipped with silent castors makes this adjustable stool durable and versatile. Featuring both multifunctional and durable, let this ergonomic kneeling chair fast forward your office hour.

I wanted it to fold up, but the rest meets the description and meets my needs (doesn't take up too much space/can tuck it away ok).. Emily. Washington, Dc. Sun Sep 27 2026

Ergonomic design: It naturally fits the curves of the hips and thighs, guiding the body to maintain a relaxed posture of "cross-legged sitting" or "kneeling sitting". This helps distribute body pressure and avoids leg numbness during prolonged sitting. The slim heart-shaped backrest can accurately support the lumbar spine, relieving tension in the lower back muscles. It is especially suitable for scenarios requiring prolonged sitting, such as office work, study, or meditation.

This innovative active sitting chair supports cross-legged, kneeling, and squatting postures, making it ideal for meditation, yoga, or active desk sitting. The 360° swivel footrest allows smooth posture changes and continuous micro-movements, while the contoured backrest provides consistent lumbar support. Built with a sturdy steel base, wood frame, durable casters, and water-resistant PU leather upholstery, it assembles in about 15 minutes.

This chair took just minutes to assemble, and I’m really impressed with it! I love that you’re not stuck sitting in just one position. You can use it as a traditional kneeling chair, sit crisscrossed, or rotate the kneeleg support completely out of the way and sit normally. I also wasn’t expecting the cushions to be so thick and comfortable they’re much more supportive than I anticipated. I’m 54 and about 135 lbs., and it fits me really well. If you’re stuck sitting in an office for hours and like to change positions throughout the day, this is a great option. Comfortable, easy to assemble, versatile, and definitely a great buy!. Laurin. Well made for the price. The cushion could be a little thicker but I'm 6.1" and 185 lbs...anyways it works. It is compact which I love, however the wheels are the worst but I changed them out with others for like $20. Right now I use it for about half the day and then back to the chair for the rest because I'm still adapting to it...which should change over time. Overall good knee chair for the price.. Ryan. Use the kneeling office chair, enjoy your working day. Turning itself into a reading chair, meditation chair, or typing chair.

I've wanted one of these chairs for ages but I'm tall and my desk is also quite high. With its max 25" height this is perfect. So comfy for hours at the computer and bye bye hip flexor stiffness! Highly recommend.. Helen. US. Sat Mar 07 2026

Once a stable base has been set up the whole of the back is then supported correctly, lowering pressure through the spine and neck. The padded seat and knee cushion is made of 100% moulded foam which is more durable than recycled foam cushion.Kneeling chairs sit you in a position to allow your diaphragm to move efficiently and promote better breathing and blood circulation. The frame is height adjustable to get into your preferred seat height. The kneeling stool is suitable for a range of users.

This meditation pillow is fantastic. The first time I sat in it I automatically sat up straight. It must be the way its contoured where it naturally corrects your posture. Its super soft and comfy. So far I been able to sit in it for two hour meditation but Im sure it could easily be more if I could concentrate longer.. Nicole. New York. Fri Apr 17 2026
