It looks beautiful in my home office, the neutral color works perfectly with my décor, and the mesh back keeps it feeling light and airy instead of like a big, bulky office chair. It’s comfortable, supportive, rolls smoothly, and looks much more stylish than the typical desk chair. I did have an issue with my original chair. It began making very loud popping noises when I moved in it, which obviously wasn’t something I expected. This is where the experience really impressed me. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely outstanding. There was no hassle or runaround. They immediately took care of the problem, and within four days I had a replacement chair! They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. The entire replacement process was quick, easy, and handled exactly the way you hope a company will respond when something goes wrong. Products occasionally have issues—that happens. For me, what really distinguishes a company is what they do afterward, and the service I received turned what could have been a disappointing purchase into an extremely positive experience. Overall decent so far (just assembled). Love the look and the width of the seat (plenty of room side to side, and the depth is fine). So far the seat is very firm hoping it relaxes at least a little with use. Color is nice and seems very sturdy. There is some creasing on the arms from the way it was packaged (see photo). I was looking for a armless oak looking chair that was small and blended in with my vintage oak desk. Did not get in the way of my other furniture and was comfortable and adjustable height. I saw this at Wayfair on sale. I wanted some thing inexpensive. It was perfect and I stopped looking at other places. Could not be happier. It was easy enough for this 73 old woman with muscle pain to assemble myself.
