Love this desk! One of the gears does not line up super square, and there was plenty of casting sand attached to the legs. One small ding in the front of the desk top, but not a big deal to me. Others have commented that the desk does not move up & down readily. It makes me wonder if they put any grease on the worm gear. Be generous with the grease. Desk works great! I did not tighten the wood handle super tight, so it rotates in my hand when I lower the desk. I also skip it when raising the desk top. Instead I use the wheel, like on a large valve or a ships hatch. Not as convenient as mashing a button, but it goes with the style. Plenty of room for double 24” montiors. Overall the workbench is very well made and extremely sturdy. It was very easy to put together with clear instructions. The table is perfect for my purposes and was fairly easy to put together with two people. The drawers come preinstalled to the table top, which is nice, but you would think they would be space properly. They’re don’t slide as well as I would like them too.
