My purchase decision was based on dual lock/unlock capabilities with digital pad AND key. A template is provided to help align deadbolt lock stem with its coordinating hole pocket. Brand: Delaney Hardware. Model: Lever. Its only been a week, but so far, so good. IMPORTANT There are no instruction how to unlock the door using the digital pad. When the door is locked, press the keypad to activate it. Then 3 or so random numbers appear lit; all the other numbers do not light up. Press those 3 or so numbers that are lit . The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. These are absolutely excellent. I bought these to replace an existing smart doorknob that was unable to be charged anymore after about 2 years of usage. I was so excited to get this WiFi door lock. It looks very expensive but the price was very affordable. It was some what easy to install, came with two keys when you don’t want to use the automatic feature. I’m saddened that we was never able to get it to connect to our WiFi.
