I was worried there were no reviews yet, but took a chance. I’ve been looking for a navy blue velvet arm chair that was a mid century modern style, had deep seat, but not too wide for our space (less than 36 inches). The chair is as pictured and also the specs are accurate. However, I should have realized the back is not as high as our old chair but I’ve improvised and added a pillow for me to rest my head. The legs also seem darker than in the pics. It is comfortable to sit in so far and I prefer a firm seat. The back pillow has a zipper so you can take it out to clean or you can change the insert padding and it is reversible. The seat cushion also has a zipper and is removable but you can’t use the other side because it has velcros. Love the deep navy blue color and the soft velvet. This is a beautiful chair! It arrived rather quickly and I have never seen anything packed so perfectly. Unfortunately there was a mark on the leather but between the manufacturer and Wayfair it was resolved immediately. The leather is a deep chestnut color. Love this chair! Spent 3 days for looking for a larger chair (43”-45” width). Wanted leather and love the down covered cushions. The leather is beautiful and soft and will age well for comfort. The leather match areas on the chair are well done in color and texture. When putting the side cushions on with the seat cushion I took my rings off and pulled from the bottom of the side cushion to fit on the sides of the seat cushion. It is a tight fit but this way you don’t have lopsided cushions. Beautiful leather and color. Will go with most any decor. I have this in a tv sunroom with the intent of curling up to read a book or watch tv, allowing me to curl up my legs or lean back or hang my legs over the sides. This is that chair. I absolutely LOVE this chair. I wanted color without it being too much and this is it. It is comfortable - not too firm, not too soft and I love the wider width. Also, I hate that everything needs to be put together but this was simply attaching the legs so easy enough.
