I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Dryer ate my clothes for 3 weeks and ruined multiple pants and sweatshirts with string as well as zippers. Can't figure out the dry cycle to even dry the clothes efficiently. 28 Inch Gas Front Load Dryer with 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity

Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024

I bought this dryer because the one I wanted was back ordered so, I took a chance on whether I would be pleased with it.
