Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. Great bed for the $. Using it in our spare room. I didnt give it 5 stars because the footboard does not have the same fabric covering it with it being left open and black. We needed a replacement specifically to accommodate a new adjustable base, since our old bed wasn’t compatible. We took a leap of faith ordering this bed, not fully sure it would work, but it turned out to be a good match with our existing side tables and dresser.
