Nice quilted pillows. The cover is soft. They are fluffy and do provide support. They are more between soft and medium firmness. Love they are grey goosed feathered. Super nice and fluffy pillows, but they're way much bigger than expected. The tag says standard, which is the size I ordered, but they must be mislabeled. I photographed them next to the current pillow and they're much longer. Luckily I have larger pillow case sizes that will fit. I didn't notice a smell and I love that they're machine washable..
