Very nice all wood (cedar maybe?) stool that looks nice enough for the living room. We just needed a small stool in a couple of spots to have a way to reach up and pull the shades down, so this design fit the need perfectly. There was only one small problem, the top of one of the two units had a noticeable large gouge in the top. Oh my goodness — not much sweeter than this cute owl stool! I adore owls, and this one reminds me of the barred owls that nest and raise young on our property every year. The weight limit says 50lbs, so the title is a bit misleading because only a child could sit on it. However, the ceramic feels very sturdy, certainly solid enough to use as a side table but not as heavy as concrete. I’m using it indoors over the winter but will likely move it to our patio when it warms up.
