I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. Since I am a down pillow sleeper nothing else works for me so it was important for me to find 75% down (some websites say they are high "feather" count but make sure it's "down" and not goose feathers if that's what you want). The product description was right on, it is 75% down not just "feathers". The only complaint I have is that it's a bit too fluffy (ie a little stiffer than I wanted) but maybe that's because I was used to my old worn out down pillow.
