I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I’ve had this bed for 3.5years and have slept like a baby on it since. It’s more of a medium plush, I’d say. I got another mattress for a guest room that’s also medium but is firmer.
