This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. This tub is absolutely stunning and excellent quality. It has been a beautiful addition to our primary bathroom and feels incredibly solid and well made. The material is high quality, retains heat well, and our plumber said it was easy to install. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very heavy. The product listing says it weighs 165 lbs, but based on our experience, the actual overall weight is definitely more than that. We were able to get it up to our second floor with three men and a dolly, but it was definitely no easy feat. I would recommend being prepared for the weight when planning delivery and installation.
