FIRST-TIME USE & MAINTENANCE Perform this quick burn-in cycle before your first backyard BBQ: 1. Clean: Wipe the interior of the meat smoker with mild soap and water; air dry. 2. Season: Lightly coat the inner walls with cooking oil (avoid heating elements, probes, and chip box). 3. Burn-in: Run the empty electric smoker at 275°F for 4 hours with vents open to complete the initial seasoning. IMPORTANT TIPS: - Initial Odor: A faint smell or smoke during the first burn of your electric smokers is normal; it will dissipate completely. - Natural Seasoning: The interior will naturally darken over time. This "seasoning" improves heat retention, prevents rust, and enhances flavor for your wood smoker. - Meat Probe Accuracy: Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones and fat, for precise readings on this heavy-duty BBQ smoker. Safety: Always wear protective gloves during the outdoor operation of your outdoor smokers. Quick Smoke Tip: For quick smoke generation, set the smoker temperature to above 260°F(127°C). Low temperatures may provide insufficient heat or significantly extend the time required for wood chips to heat up and reach the carbonization stage. Once steady smoke appears, you can reduce the temperature to your desired setting for slow roasting. PRODUCT SUPPORT: For assembly questions, replacement parts, or immediate assistance, please refer to the contact information provided in your user manual. Our service team is dedicated to providing swift and reliable support.

This easy-to-use, LP gas vertical smoker, is the perfect solution for year-round backyard cooking. It all starts with a push button, electronic ignition that emits a rapid pulse for quick and easy lighting. The 15,000 BTU, cast iron burner maintains a constant temperature for reliable cooking performance in cold or warm weather. The double-door design helps minimize the reduction in cooking temperature when access to food is needed or when more water and wood chips are added. 4-height adjustable cooking grates provide 784 total square inches of cooking space. Each grate can be adjusted to accommodate whatever type of food your heart desires. The large capacity water bowl and wood chip box are made with heavy gauge, porcelain enameled steel for hours of maintenance-free cooking.
