So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase. Who doesn’t enjoy a rub down anytime they want without leaving the comforts of home? I am 5’2 and my family ranges through 5’7 and we all fit comfortably. There are many features we are still learning to use. The app is just ok. It does give you options to pinpoint specific areas opposed to full body functions through the remote. I will say some may find the rollers to be slightly aggressive. There isn’t really a way to lighten the intensity of the rollers. Some modes on the lower back can be painful so if you’re sensitive to deep tissue massages this chair may not be for you. I like the phone charging pad on the arm rest and the foot massages are to die for. Feels like a real therapeutic foot massage. The ambient lighting is a nice touch when wanting a massage in the dark. It adds to the ambiance. It does have therapeutic music that plays through the speakers on different pre-set massage modes. But the Bluetooth is also very easy to set up to play your own music. The AI option of talking to the chair well, doesn’t work well. Sometimes it will respond when you say “massage chair” but that’s it. We haven’t had any luck yet with it actually responding to requests. The one thing I think could use improvement is that the remote control “screen” does not light up. So you can’t see the options to change anything in the dark unless you shine a light on it. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
