So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON.
