Ordered the rocking chair and the ottoman in the natural stain. The rocking chair came with coffee stained wood but the ottoman came in natural. Decided to keep the chair but had to return the ottoman because it didn’t match the chair. The ottoman wasn’t available in with the coffee stained wood so I had to return it. Each piece is handmade from solid FSC® Certified teak wood and woven by hand using durable homespun polyester cord. Wood is a natural material, and each piece carries its own character. This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people. These chairs are a homerun. A expensive boutique look but at an accessible price. They have a handmade (in a good way) artisan made look and feel to them. No bolts or screws are used, but dowels instead. This gives them a nice clean, and elegant look. The woven seat and back are threaded through cutout notches that also give it that artisan feel. It is very sturdy and solid. The low profile is another big plus for me as these sit outside a master bedroom patio and didnt want them to block the view. The biggest plus is they came already put together! The only thing I would possibly tweak is moving the back bar on the seat a touch further back....but other than that they are absolutely perfect and just what i was looking for.
