I was a little concerned about ordering a 'do it yourself' furniture set based on reviews about missing parts, holes not lined up etc. I had never put together something like this before and although it took me a long time, there were no missing parts or damaged pieces, the instructions were clear and all predrilled holes etc in perfect alignment. Update to original review. Wayfair took care of the issue immediately, and better than I expected. We now have a lateral file cabinet that has drawers that pull out easily, and no split wood on the front of the cabinet. No more struggling to get a drawer open. Thank you Wayfair! The top drawer is very difficult to pull out. The bottom drawers pulls out fine. I tried spraying silicone on the extension brackets on the side of the drawer, but it did not help. When I looked closer there is a small split in the wood that I am hoping their furniture doctor can fix. This piece of furniture for a $1000 was not worth the money considering the quality.. Debra.
