Beautiful rug and totally unique looking. It definitely is a challenge cleaning it as a regular vacuum just can't seem to get all the grooves and honestly, I wouldn't want to potentially wreck the design so a handheld vacuum works best for spot cleaning. This rug is nice looking. Very clean. It is thin, which I expected based on the price. We paired it with the Wayfair Basics 1/2 inch rug pad and it is very comfortable under foot. Really beautiful rug that's soft on the feet. It does not have a stiff backing so it can bunch a little if there's no nonslip pad underneath. I just got it and have not seen the shedding others talked about, but it is interesting in that from the long side, you can clearly see cream and tan stripes, but from the short side, it looks the same.. This rug is very nice and very good quality. I was expecting the colors to be a bit more muted and the pattern to be smaller, but after I warmed up to it, I love it. It looks great in my living room and complements the other furnishings very nicely. At $730 for a 9'x 12' rug, I feel that it is very reasonably priced.
