Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. The white sofa is exactly as pictured. There are some very interesting things happening with compression these days. This came in a box that makes it look like a big mistake, but it’s a trust the process moment. Once you get it unrolled it pops up into shape relatively quickly and you can sort of abuse it a little to rough it up into shape quicker (as per the instructions).
