I couldn't put this together. What should have been easy was hard as the plastic sleeves kept popping off before I could lower the baskets onto the poles. One of the top caps to the pole was missing. It is what it is; a cheap metal cart but it will work for the purpose for which I purchased it. I like that it is easy to move, rollers work fine; it is small but still a useful size.
