Really impressed with how easy it was to put together. I did have to have the shelves cut down to fit my closet, but I knew that going into purchasing and I also cut down one of the metal rods as well because the far side is short shorter (by my design). We had one piece that wasnt threaded on both ends like it shouldve been. We called the Customer Service number, but the person we finally talked to ended up asking us about our home security system.
