The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured and will look great in my room. The only disappointment is that your preparation process for shipping lacks care. The rug should be rolled around some kind of tubing to prevent creases and folds from occurring. They appear to have occurred during your rolling process and sealed in tightly when wrapped. I am using all the hints online to remove them but are stubbornly resistant. This is a beautiful rug and looks gorgeous in my light filled condo. The colors are deep and saturated. The navy is midnight and the red a deep ruby, almost burgundy. They do take a while to relax, but I’m thrilled with the deep rich colors and the soft feel under foot. This is a beautiful rug and looks gorgeous in my light filled condo. The colors are deep and saturated. The navy is midnight and the red a deep ruby, almost burgundy. They do take a while to relax, but I’m thrilled with the deep rich colors and the soft feel under foot. I also appreciate they don’t shed as my husband wears shoe with deep treads and if it were wool I’d be vacuuming constantly. I purchased 2 9’ X 12’.
