The piece is beautiful but it took forever to get. I tried to cancel the order because of a change of address - thought it was cancelled and three weeks later it showed up at my home. Turns out the fulfillment center DECLINED my cancel with no explanation. The first person I spoke with at Perigold was fine, just repeating what her script said. I asked for a manager - explained the situation and he adjusted the pricing for me. I love it! The Sonnenbaum picture took around 6 weeks to receive from the date of order. The paint quality and color are vibrant. It appears to be a print with clear strokes over it to give a slightly textured appearance. I'm now looking for a companion picture for my living room; vertical, around 50-60" x 80-90" if anyone can make a suggestion! I ordered this print and then was notified that I would not receive it because it was lost during shipping. So I ordered another one BUT the “lost “ original print was delivered to my home. I called customer service to cancel the print that I ordered the second time but they refused to cancel it! Now I have 2 of the exact same print.
