This King White Velvet padded bed frame is gorgeous. The fabric is so soft to the touch. Very sleek looking. Directions were step by step and easy to follow along. Took me and my son about an hour and a half to put together, so it wasnt that bad. The wooden slates for the bed support came attached and you just spread out which is amazing they didnt come individually like some beds. No need for box springs as this is a platform bed but I prefer my beds to be higher so we used previous box springs as pictured in the height the bed would be. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there.
