Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Very happy with this purchase. It’s good quality and arrived all in one piece. The only assembly was to screw on the feet. I ordered the green color and was a little surprised by the subtle blackgrey thread undertone that doesn’t really cone across in photos, but it ended up giving the ottoman depth and texture than if it had been all one color.. Transform your living room with this modular sectional. Choose from a 2‑seat sofa, a 3‑seat set with a storage ottoman, or a 4‑seat set with two storage ottomans. Every seat features our Chenille Cloud construction: a deep, sink‑in down‑blend cushion wrapped in soft, pilling‑resistant chenille fabric. Ottomans lift for hidden storage – perfect for blankets and toys. Assembly is tool‑free: U‑brackets snap together by hand in minutes. All cushion covers zip off for machine washing. Wide armrests double as a nap pillow. Expand or reconfigure anytime.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Fri Aug 21 2026

This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. Overall a beautiful piece of furniture that I would recommend.. Leah. FL. Wed Aug 02 2023
