It is a beautiful island. It does take few hours to assemble, it is very heavy. The only downside is our countertop came in cracked, but I contacted costumer service right away, explained the situation, had to send it pictures. Probably more like 4.5 stars. First off - this thing is heavy. It's wonderful that it is all put together, but you will need assistance with moving it. Having access from both sides of the island is huge for our kitchen that doesn't have much storage. We use the narrow side for spices, etc. My *only* issue is that the white quartz counter top is very easily marked. It is MDF..A step above cardboard. There are gaps in the pieces of the table where its joined together. Like when you see a leaf in the middle. And the base of the table keeps you from your legs going anywhere as they will be hitting the base. It looks good. But you can tell its MDF and not wood..
