This island is beautiful and great quality at a decent price. Is just what i needed for my studio apartment and provides me extra storage and counter space. Instructions were overall clear. Was not difficult to build but it did take me about 6 hours to put together because I did it alone. Would have been much easier if I had another pair of hands helping. I absolutely love this piece! The quality exceeded my expectations and feels very high-end. The instructions were clear and thorough, which made assembly straightforward. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and craftsmanship. I was able to find a wine fridge that fit perfectly, and the finished setup looks amazing. My only minor criticism is the seam at the top center where the two pieces come together. Initially, I noticed it more than I would have liked, but once I styled the cabinet and started enjoying the space, I honestly stopped thinking about it. It has a lot of storage space with drawers, cabinets, shelves, and a wine rack, so it works great as a bar cabinet, coffee station, or dining room piece. One thing to know before buying is that assembly takes time. There are a lot of pieces and parts to put together. My husband built it by himself, and it took him about two days to complete. I’ve built a lot of furniture, and this particular piece is a bit wobbly, though it does seem strong enough to hold my entire bottle collection. The holes for the wine glass rack seem to be drilled in the wrong spot, so that the door mounted bottle rack bumps into your wine glasses when shutting the door.
