It has a bevel on 2 long sides of the threshold. The side bevels and the top surface of the thresholds are polished.

The first one came cracked in half. Very upsetting because I had to wait a while to get it. It was the last piece needed for my shower. Natural colors and shades will vary from one piece to another. No two pieces of products will be alike. The product is natural stone marble, so imperfections are normal. Very small chips on the end are normal, as tiles are cut 60 inches and left unfinished at the end.

One is a tiny bit too short and the other is a tiny bit too long but being able to just put them into place was wonderful. It really brought my bathroom together.
