You did good Wayfair! I needed a rug runner to cover up hot pink nail polish that my granddaughter spilled on the carpet. The first rug I ordered was in bad shape. It had a horrible chemical smell, and the colors were blotchy. It was in bad shape. Wayfair made it super easy to return. This is my replacement rug, and its beautiful. The rug arrived very quickly and as represented in the vibrant burgundy/red, gold and navy blue. It looks great in our living room and matches the floor and my burgundy chair. There is a slight chemical smell that has started to fade after day one. I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the creases due to shipment in a box.
