We bought this to match our existing floor, delivery was lightning fast and the planks were packaged well to protect from any damage during shipping. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. I LOVE this flooring. I have had about 1800 sq feet down for 4 years and just purchased more. My installer thought it was hardwood when he arrived and I had a bit layed out. It has 20 patterns, so no obvious repeats. It is the Perfect Neutral. Not warm and not cold. Not shiny. It goes with all colors and all woods. We just finished a DIY installation of the Honey-colored Adura® Flex Southern Oak Plank into our RV. We absolutely LOVE the results! This flooring has a high-quality look and feel. The micro-beveled edges and wood-grain embossing make this flooring look very much like real wood. The Honey color is rich and warm. I was a little worried that during shipping, individual boxes might arrive damaged. I'm happy to report that even though none of the boxes arrived in perfect condition, very few of the planks were damaged. One thing to note: this plank IS marked VERY lightly with one-way arrows which we totally missed until we after we had already glued down half of the floor. I have had good luck since 2018 with Wayfair- however, while this floor is a high quality floor, it was not packaged or delivered with care. Every box received had broken pieces- we were unable to complete the floor - we are a few pieces short- we have had two different replacement boxes both came with every piece broken and unusable. This is an interlocking floor- it must not have broken edges. Customer service has been professional however the floor was ordered Nov 21st and as of today Dec 28 I still do not have what we need to complete the floor- this is a bathroom and the inability to use it is exasperating..
