I took a star off for the fact you can’t adjust the thickness of you cut but that’s all that I wish I would have read better. ***BEWARE***. This thing is SHARP! I’ve been shopping around for a mandoline for a few months and always was chucking to myself with pics of people and cut fingers.... well first use and I sure did cut the tip of my finger.
