The sofa is really great. The delivery company - not so much. My delivery was delayed twice and I finally got it the third time. The first delay had no reason listed, just rescheduled for 3 days later. The second delivery window, I received the AI phone call that morning and took the day off work to wait. The delivery instructions stated to call me so I could meet them at the gate and their AI was given the same instruction when it called. Somehow it was rescheduled stating that the place was closed. There was no call from the driver and I was home waiting about two minutes from the gate. Very frustrating to waste a whole day of PTO for nothing. The reschedule was 3 more days later and this time I sat out by the gate for two and a half hours to make sure. The actual delivery that day went smoothly and the driver and helper were both professional, courteous and efficient. Overall happy with purchase just don’t know if I’ll ever order again if it requires delivery.. Timothy. Phoenix . Az. Sun Sep 06 2026

Overall decent quality. Especially for the price. Just smaller than I would have liked but I guess I should have measured first. The middle part does not fold down completely flat. It sits at an angle. And the cup holders are not very deep. The cup could tip out easily.. Amber. California. Fri Sep 11 2026

This is a very nice reclining sofa. The material is soft. The recliners work smoothly. My only concern is that the material is a tad bit thin, so I'm hoping the seams hold up. But for now it is working as it should and my family is greatly enjoying it. Also having the cup holders is a great added bonus.. Chanda. Fort Payne, AL. Sun May 03 2026

So, what is Zero Gravity? What makes it so special? The idea of “Zero Gravity Design” comes from NASA’s research on how astronauts stay comfortable in space. When floating, the body naturally settles into the most relaxed posture—known as the Zero Gravity Position. In this position: 1）The back and thighs form an open angle of about 128° 2）Knees are slightly bent and elevated above the heart 3）The spine is evenly supported, with no single point under excess pressure When applied to reclining sofas and chairs, this design brings remarkable benefits: 1）Relieves spinal pressure – Your back naturally relaxes, reducing discomfort from long sitting. 2）Boosts circulation – Elevated legs encourage healthy blood flow and reduce swelling. 3）Enhances comfort – With fewer pressure points, you feel as if you’re floating. 4）Supports deep relaxation – The weightless feel helps you unwind or even drift into a nap. Our recliner sofa with Zero Gravity Design is more than just comfortable—it’s ergonomics inspired by space science, giving your body the ultimate way to rest
