I absolutely love this chair. Shipping was quick and the parts were well packaged. It took me about 2 hours by myself to put it together. The chair itself seems extremely sturdy and is aesthetically pleasing. I think the pillow is comfortable and fluffy, but my husband wishes it was thicker so he couldn’t feel the bars underneath. It’s much firmer than I expected BUT it is super soft and very comfortable! One question I had before purchasing was if it’s two separate pieces — it is not. It’s one piece so there isn’t a possibility of them sliding apart. Another question was if there is enough back support. I think so. One of the small inner bars already cracked, but easily fixable, and I got a 5 year warranty. Also I read this could happen in the review.
