The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer. It's ok, wouldn't buy it again and will probably look to find a better chair. It doesn't go high enough, had to modify the base to get the chair to sit higher at the highest setting. This chair is very solid and sturdy. I am especially pleased with the tray, which stays put and does its job well. I use the chair for facepainting, so I have kids climbing up into it. Because they can be awkward or overly excited, sometimes the chair will tip forward when they get up into it a certain way.
