The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. This couch fit our needs nicely. The sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but will still work for what I need. It will need a mattress topper to make it comfortable for longer stays but I feel most sofa beds do so that’s not really an issue for us. It was very easy to put together had no issues. The cushions did fluff up a bit after a few days and are ok but the back cushions could us a bit more stuffing to make it more comfortable, so I will probably purchase some to add to it. This Upholstery is “Proudly Bringing the Comfort to America’s Living Room.” We are proud to be an American manufacturer and operate 22 production divisions across 10 manufacturing locations with a diverse workforce of over 740 employees all in the United States. We are committed to quality in every step of our manufacturing process. This begins with milling and drying our own hardwoods at our lumberyard facility to ensure that our frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of our frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Our fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in our climate-controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

Really a great sofa for the price and how quickly it shipped. The entire sofa shipped in a box, and it took about 30 minutes to assemble. The seating coushions are on the firmer side, but comfortable and perfect to keep it looking good. The back cushions are a little thinner, but still comfortable. The fabric feels very good quality..
