We ordered two identical shades but the chain cords lengths are about 2 inches visually different ? They do work but the cords are side by side on the same window and look odd. Not bad! Looks just like the photo in the description. Measured 100 times before I ordered. There is more of a gap towards the bottom right than top. At the top, both sides start at about 34” gap. At the bottom, the right gap ends up being about 1 ¼” and the left about ½”. Mounting was easy as I had slatted blinds, so I just popped those off and replaced the brackets for the new ones - a quick Google search and YouTube video helped. Took about 30 minutes by myself.. The roller shade was easy to install and is aesthetically pleasing. A feature that I don’t really like is the “stopper “ that is installed on the chain is placed so the shade doesn’t roll all of the way up. I don’t know if it is by design or a manufacturer error. It’s not a deal breaker, just kind of an annoyance.. Michelle. Electric City, WA. Mon Jun 15 2026

Outside mount: Your window frame width is 30”, the best blind size will be 34-36”. In addition, the requested minimum installation depth is 2inch. Features: Mounting hardware and installation instructions included To adjust simply hold the bottom rail; raise or lower to desired height shades can be installed inside or outside of the window frame.
