Allowing the petals to dip into the water's surface provides a landing place for bees and butterflies to sip at the edge without falling in. Ideal for porches, balconies, or deck rails, the wrought iron bracket has a C-type clamp that holds the bracket to a deck or handrail without the need for drilling or permanent mounting. Fits over railings up to 5 1/2" wide and is designed with ample clearance for a curved top handrail.
