I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. The table is a beautiful table, but when it come to for shipping. I think company they used to shipping or deliver not professional. The table delivered with one corner crush. I have appointment with a technician to come fix the table on 07142026 1000am- 200PM. The technicians never show up, and say that he passed by the house and press the door bell nobody was there, that was a lie. I took my whole day off waiting for them.
