Nice sofa. It was tight fit to put together so follow the instructions if tge fasteners shoujd be left loosened before next piece install. I woukd personally swap i believe was tge long brace for installing next piece and return to it after next piece cones in play. Sofa is little stiff as others mentioned, but still quite comfortable. Easy to get out of due to that stiffness. The angle of the back piece coukd be less not to lean so far from the sitting position. Happy with tge price point (sale). Nice color.. Radek. Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass.. If you want sophistication AND comfort, Alice is for you. Vintage-inspired, elegant, and dare we say, a modern classic. It’s hard to find a beautiful, structured sofa without compromising comfort, but with Alice, you get it all.

I love the style of the sofa. The curved back and unique arms set it apart. I gave 4 stars because the quality could be a bit better. Its comfortable, but some of the craftsmanship could be better. The back pillows could be a little wider and the fabric fit around the frame wasnt perfect.. Amanda. MO. Tue Sep 08 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Product is nice. Well-made. Easy to assemble. The order tracking information, was horrible. Major misinformation. Tracking info changed constantly. With unnecessary delay notices. Plus notice that package arrived when it had not. Order contained four boxes. Order page shows five boxes. Lol.. Jeremy. Maine. Sat Sep 26 2026
