Each wand comes with a stainless-steel snap hook that is ½ inch wide for easy installation. Inside grommet ring diameter: 1 3/8 inch, outside ring diameter: 1 3/4 inch. Grommet rings will work for 1-inch and 1 1/8-inch diameter drapery rods.  Not intended for extendable rods, could catch, and not move smoothly. Works for me. Installed a combination of blackout curtains using a Sun Zero curtain rod. Installation of the rods could not be easier. I use my own slightly longer and larger screws. The rod has a satin silver finish with matching plastic magnetic mounts. Note: peel the white paper backing off of the clear adhesive magnet covering before use. Do not remove the clear adhesive magnet covering- this feature allows for positioning and protects the surface. Some stainless steel used in household appliances is non-magnetic. Please test the surface you intend to hang your magnetic appliance rod from before ordering.
