This corner unit is fantastic! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely terrible! It took a lot of troubleshooting with my contractor to make it work. It also requires a very strong pull to open it. It closes back very quickly with little effort, but definitely takes some effort on the pull. It's really robust. It looks like a complicated piece of hardware in the photos and description. However, the instructions were very easy to follow which made it surprisingly easy to install!
