Since the moment we received the couch, we measured and went to a hardware store to purchase a reinforcement board, that sits under the cushions. I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. Another adjustment...the sofa comes to the floor, no legs, and I can't count how many times my toes have stopped me dead (but softly). LOL! Bottom line, I'm very happy with it! Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. This cloud couch is HUGE. We purchased the 4 seater and it is perfectly long and extremely comfortable. It was very easy to put together, just open and put the covers on the base and pillows. It’s not super fluffy but it is very soft and comfortable enough to lay on and enjoy watching tv with 2-3 more people next to you and everyone having more than enough space.
