Malheureusement la boîte est arrivée très endommagée, avec un énorme trou sur le dessus. Morceau de la base cassé et produit simplement de très basse qualité. Ce n'était pas possible de demander un retour et remboursement simplement en ligne, le processus me dirigeait vers un contact avec le service à la clientèle par clavardage, mais vers 11h le matin un vendredi c'était fermé? Les heures d'ouverture inscrites pour le clavardage ne font pas de sens. J'ai fini par appeler en trouvant le numéro tout en bas de la page d'accueil Wayfair (nul part dans tout le processus de plainte, ils ne veulent pas se faire appeler). Durant l'appel, après un premier ''contact'' avec IA, j'ai été transférée à une vraie personne qui a très bien pris le dossier en charge. Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it.
