Our Prestow round wooden extending dining table with pedestal leg is all about that chic rustic farmhouse style. This table will comfortably seat 4 when closed and 6 when extended. Clean lines, sturdy design, rounded edges to the table top and sitting on four feet jutting from that central pedestal leg, this table will look fab in any modern home, whether you're going for warm neutrals, that French elegant cottage look or even as part of an eclectic maximalist space. Constructed from solid 100% rubberwood, this extendable dinner table is sturdy, durable and will look great while doing it! The Prestow uses a simple butterfly mechanism - gently pull on either end of the table to 'open' the sliding mechanism and reveal the extension piece concealed under the top. Lift and unfold the extension piece to create the additional length. Why not pair these with any of our matching wooden cross back chairs for a sleek look? Available in either white and gray, cream and oak or oak. This product is real wood and so it will age, which can result in colour variations.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. Love the look of the table and chairs. Not sure of the quality or how well it will hold up but it does look nife with a very slight white wash. The chair legs seem to be different lengths and there is no height adjustment so it make chairs wobbly. The table came with a nick in the tap but could not return as I needed the table for a certain day. Items were sent in 3 different boxes from 3 different locations on 3 different days and that cost my company extra time to be there for the delivery and assemble on different days. Wayfair sent wrong item at first then it took an extra two weeks to get the correct bench and HOURS on the phone with customer service on about 5 differnt calls because they could not get things right. I needed item for a Open house in a week of when I ordered but the bench took 3 weeks after order to get it and if I new this I would have never ordered it. It came very nicely packed, it was easy to assemble, the supplied bolts are substantial and large, and came zinc coated, so I know they won’t rust in the high humidity environment I live in.
