I received the beach cart very quickly. It was easy to assemble but I do have a few tips. First, the blow up wheels are rubber but a more of a hard rubber. I was concerned that pulling the cart over streets to get to the beach would be a problem. It is not. Second, the wheels are received deflated and are actually concaved inward as if someone punched them. Well, the tire pump they give you is basically useless and it would take forever. Also, since they are concaved and you only want to put the pressure up to 2-3 PSI, you could never get all the bumps out of it by hand. Fortunately, I have an electric pump and first over inflated the tires a bit to get the bumps out to create a round tire and then I deflated them to the 2-3 PSI. Lastly, this is meant to a beach cart and the Jersey shore has dense soft sand so I tested it. I assembled the cart, loaded into to van with the typical load of stuff we use at the beach. I went to the local golf course and rolled the loaded cart into a practice sand trap and it worked really well. Then I found a playground nearby with a sandbox and again it worked really well. I wasn't going to drive to the beach (2 hours to get there) but it passed the sand test so I recommend this cart. Note: It is a bit big to pack in the van but the wheels come off very easily to store in the overhead carrier.. Anonymous. Sun May 17 2026
