had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces.
