5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. Its ergonomic design offers enhanced support for the back and shoulders, making it ideal for long hours of lounging, reading, watching TV, or gathering with family and friends.

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room and made the whole space feel warmer and more inviting. I’m very picky when it comes to furniture, and I genuinely love everything about this sectional. One of the best purchases we’ve made for our home!. Lindsay. Perrysburg, OH. Wed Aug 12 2026
