This vinyl tile was perfect - just what I wanted, and arrived faster than the same tile at any other flooring websites I found. Plus, due to the free shipping, it was also much cheaper than any of the other sites too! I probably sound like a gushing paid reviewer haha but I’m truly not - I just research stuff A LOT (way more than I probably should time-wise ‍♀️) and am happy to pass on great deals I have used and liked! We hired guys who glued down the tiles beautifully - but note that these tiles are manufactured to have a large gap (3/16”) between the tiles when they are placed next to each other. So, you’ll need to caulk (not grout) between them, with some sort of sanded silicone grout (note that the caulk needs to be sanded, not smooth, so it stays as placed rather than slumping) One tip- I needed 7 boxes of these tiles, but putting 7 boxes into my cart changed the arrival date to 3 weeks away (instead of 1 week away when putting 6 or less boxes into my cart). I called Wayfair customer service, and the lady said 6 or fewer boxes would come more quickly since 7+ boxes would require its own shipping truck. So she recommended that place 2 orders that added up to 7 boxes; I did that (one order of 6 and another order of 1) and the tiles arrived in 1 week after all! I really wanted to check out the quality of the product before actually committing to it. I have applying this over a stone floor to hopefully have a cleaner look overall. Since the actual project requires nearly 5000 sq ft I want to make sure that this project will maintain the design continuity and overall quality standard I'm looking for. That can be tricky when you want to stay under $10.00 per foot. I also had my installer give me his opinion since he's the one who's going to have to work with it. From my prospective the color is what I'm looking for, and the Herringbone design will give just enough texture in these large rooms to be interesting. First, I would like to start off with... I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER AND THE OPTION TO INSTALL PROFESSIONALLY IS NOT OFFERED. Now, with that out of the way, I love this color flooring and the materials are so smooth when walking on it. The rich walnut goes perfect with my gold accent curtains. It makes the room feel really warm. It is important to purchased the right amount and place the panels in the right directions. The picture and the box that it comes in shows how the placement of the panels go. Do not put them all going in 1 direction, it will not work. I chose the snap and lock ones because I didnt want to get involved with all of that glue, also, I really didnt want to pull my vinyl flooring up because I am not a professional and if I messed up, I could just pull the panels up and hire a professional. (I pulled them up after taking the picture and Im hiring a professional right after this review lol). It seems easy enough, however, I need to pull my base boards off and pull my vinyl up so that they can secure properly. This couch is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. I read that it's firm but it's beyond firm. I work from home and often on the couch so I wanted a firm, supportive couch. It is so frim, my rear end gots sore to the point it feels like it's falling asleep. You could feel the wooden slats under the cushion especially in the corner piece. The size is great for my room. The color in the photos looks like a rich brown but the couch is more of a unusual pale orange. The fabric is soft and hides dirt well. The wheel fell off the sleeper within days of owning it. When I requested to return it, I was told it would be half the cost of the couch. I believe Wayfair did what was necessary to make this right. this is not a couch that would last you for years with any normal usage, especially with kids. People complain about assembly but it's really not that hard. A pain maybe but was quick overall (easier with two people) and not very difficult. Since it's so cheaply made, you cannot expect to move it much (say to vacuum under it) as the screws are small and the wood is cheap. Con: - Very cheap quality. - Corner piece you can feel all of the wood in. - Color is strange and not as expected. Cushions are beyond firm. - Back rests with kids often get squished to a half a cushion due to their cheap nature - Sleeper wheel fell off within days of having it. - I wanted an inexpensive couch that I wouldn't get upset about the kids spilling on and it's why I picked this one. - You can't remove the bottom cushions for washing. - A very uncomfortable couch for sitting more than short periods. Pros: - Great size for my room. - I do like the storage underneath. - The sleeper is nice to have. - Customer service was okay but think it was Wayfair not the company - unsure. - I want to say the price is a plus but this couch should be selling for about $200-$300 not $800-$900. Since it's hard to find anything in that price range, for a "cheap" couch you get what you pay for here. - Hides dirt and spills well.
