This floor came out amazing! My only issue is that the floor is not super sturdy like laminate would be, so if there are any gaps or uneven parts of your floor, you will feel dips. In most parts of our floor, this is not an issue but I do notice it in some spots. This just means have someone that really knows what they are doing install this floor since I know there are ways around that (I.e. install extra underlayment). The texture of it is really good and it looks very natural and expensive! Totally elevated the look of our basement. The wall color is Benjamin Moore Bennington grey if anyone is wondering. I have had good luck since 2018 with Wayfair- however, while this floor is a high quality floor, it was not packaged or delivered with care. Every box received had broken pieces- we were unable to complete the floor - we are a few pieces short- we have had two different replacement boxes both came with every piece broken and unusable. This is an interlocking floor- it must not have broken edges. Customer service has been professional however the floor was ordered Nov 21st and as of today Dec 28 I still do not have what we need to complete the floor- this is a bathroom and the inability to use it is exasperating.. We have just completed the job and absolutely love this flooring after a very long search, I was made comfortable choosing this one for its texture and color which was the Venice not the one depicted here. The price is descent compared to similar and as well as the exact one in other stores I shopped online and in person. My only advice is be sure of your measurements the return shipping fee is pretty hefty….however theres another option offered such as 20 of the remaining boxes you may be allowed to keep….at least it is what I was offered.. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings!
