My husband installed the floor. I love it but he says it's delicate and "breaks" easily. The delivery company literally dropped the flooring off, on the short side of the boxes. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. Currently in the middle of installing, they came poorly packaged, tiles were spilling out of their boxes when they arrived. Thankfully I havent found any major damage, but over half of them came with chipped corners, so you will need to grout to hide it, but I was planning on doing that anyways. They do look nice overall though. You can cut the tiles to size by scoring them and then snapping them. For odd cuts and corners, I plan to use my multi-tool.. Anonymous. Tue May 19 2026

My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. Beautiful floors and the color is just perfect for our space. We love that they are larger square tiles, which gives it a modern and luxurious touch. It is a thicker vinyl tile, which means it will hopefully be durable but it is not that easy to cut with just a box cutter. This product is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. What makes the flooring different is its solid core that gives the floor superior indentation resistance, it doesn't need to acclimate before it's installed and it can handle wide temperature ranges like a cabin in the middle of winter and an enclosed lanai in Florida on a hot summer day.
